All products sold on hodlcalm.store are made to order using print-on-demand (POD) production. This means each item is produced specifically for the customer after an order has been placed.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Under EU consumer protection law, customers normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
However, according to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Because our products are made to order, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item showing the issue
- photos of the packaging (if applicable)
After review, we will either:
- send a replacement item at no additional cost, or
- issue a full refund
In most cases, the defective item does not need to be returned.
Voluntary Returns & Refunds (Goodwill Policy)
In some cases, we may approve a return as a gesture of goodwill.
If a return is approved:
- the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- the item must be unused and in original condition
- the refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds cannot be granted in the following cases:
- incorrect size selection
- incorrect color selection
- change of mind
- items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- sale or discounted items
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
International Orders
We ship worldwide.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Items ordered in the wrong size or color
Items damaged due to improper use, care, or washing
Gift cards or digital products
